Camp Tapawingo is available to rent to groups of 100 persons or more
in the Summer Months (June-August) with a 4 night minimum stay.

 September-May, Camp Tapawingo is available to rent to groups 75 persons or more
with a 2 night minimum stay.

All grounds are reserved for one group at a time. 

Groups will be assigned the buildings that will best fit their needs.  

 

Luckiamute Lodge

Pine walls and wood floors give the Luckiamute Lodge a cozy feel. This gathering area can be used for breakout sessions, playing games and/or snacks. Round tables and couches encourage our guests to relax and enjoy the view.  

Private rooms for adults, are available upon request. The Upper Lodge houses up to 8 people in 4 separate rooms.  The Lower Lodge houses up to 7 people in 3 separate rooms.  

Adjacent to the Luckiamute Lodge, the Outdoor Pavilion is a covered area that includes 4 tables and up to 40 chairs.  This space is great for snacks, games and breakout sessions. 

Black Rock Dining Hall

The Black Rock Dining Hall, built in 2023, can seat up to 220 people.  Round tables and chairs give our guests the opportunity to experience great conversations during meal times.  The lobby includes a restroom and water-bottle filling station. Food Service is provided through our spacious serving window. Coffee Service is available one hour before every meal. 

Riverside Activity Center

Completed in the fall of 2012, Riverside Activity Center offers a variety of indoor activities and group meeting options.  A full-size gym has room for Basketball, Volleyball, Dodge Ball, and many rainy day activities. An upstairs loft area is outfitted with Ping Pong, Air-Hockey, Carpet Ball, and Foosball. 

The Chapel

The chapel is a large meeting area that can hold up to 180 guests. A projector and sound system and folding chairs are available for guests to set up and tear down as needed.  A pellet wood stove warms the room. 

Mountain View

Retreat style building houses 24 people in 2 separate sleeping rooms with 2 bathroom/shower facilities on each side. Has a common area and heating.

Tall Firs

Dormitory style housing that sleeps 32 in 4 separate rooms. Has common area, heating, and common bathroom/shower facility with 3 individual stalls/showers.

Trails End

Dormitory style housing that sleeps 48 in 4 separate rooms. Has a common area, heating, and common bathroom/shower facility with 2 individual stalls/showers.

Yurt Village

There are five yurts that sleep 8 people each.  Each yurt has electric heat and a ceiling fan.  Yurts are not rented out separately, but used as overflow accommodations for our large groups. Restrooms and shower facilities for the Yurt Village are located nearby.

Forest Cabins

There are two secluded Forest Cabins. Each sleep 12, have electric heat, and a bathroom/shower facility.

Ga-Ga Pit, Frisbee Golf, Outdoor Basketball Court, Soccer, Amphitheater with a Fire Pit, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Steven’s Glen Pond with fishing, canoeing, swimming and The Blob!  Many hiking trails are ready to explore. Additional Activities (for a fee) include our High Challenge Course Elements: Giant Swing and Flying Squirrel, 5 Low Element Courses, and Archery Activities.
