This application is for those interested in volunteering in our Summer Camp program as Camp Counselors or Leadership Staff.  To apply, you must be at least 15 years old to serve at First Chance Camp & Junior Camp, at least 18 years old to serve at Middle School Camp, and 21 years old or older for High School Camp. 

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO CAMP TAPAWINGO BY APRIL 15TH

Title Housekeeping, Kitchen assistant, and Store

Job Information

Perform duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers. Assist in preparing and serving meals and washing dishes according to Heath Food & Safety standards. Must have Food Handlers Card. Assist as needed in Camp store. You will not be required to work more than 40 hours in a 7 day period.

Perform duties of life-guard as assigned. Clean and maintain pool according to Health standards. Maintain equipment at Steven’s Glen pond. Daily housekeeping duties will be assigned. You will not be required to work more than 40 hours in a 7 day period.

If you are interested in serving with our Outdoor School Program we would love to hear from you! We need Activity Teachers & Guides, Camp Counselors, and Kitchen staff. Most of the positions are volunteer. Outdoor School programs run in the month of May and serve a variety of school groups.
